The stunning lake views from our Loft Suite were truly unforgettable, creating a picturesque backdrop for our stay. Enjoyed kayaking on the lake, although the kayaks were quite old. nonetheless, it was a fun experience. The lack of in-room Wi-Fi felt inconvenient at times, and the grounds seemed a bit neglected, likely due to the recent heat wave. However, we saw staff working to improve the landscape as we were leaving. The restaurant offered delicious local seafood, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our visit.

Incredible views of the lake. Lots of fun activities like kayaking and ping-pong. No AC made it uncomfortable at night. Restaurant service was slow, and food quality was just okay.

spectacular view of mountains, well-maintained gardens, fascinating ghost town experience
Attention is needed for the derelict areas!!! It's disappointing that the patio door is difficult to maneuver and the lock barely works!!! The laundry appliances are practically useless, making chores frustrating and time-consuming!!!

Family friendly unique experience!
The restaurant served up some delicious home-cooked meals that felt like they were made by grandma herself,, really hit the spot after a long day exploring. The gardens were absolutely beautiful,, we spent hours just walking around and enjoying the view, it's serene, like stepping into another world!
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but it was still reasonable enough for what we got.
